"The hotel is wonderful. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was great and had plenty of room. She staff were extremely helpful with suggestions and tips to maximize our time and navigate the city. Within walking distance of lots of food options, shopping plaza and Buckingham Palace. Convenient to the theater district. Close to the train and underground station. Definitely recommend. "

"As first time travelers to London we didn't really know the area but this hotel turned out to be great. The facility was wonderful and located in the center of all the sights...there was even a McDonald's close for a little extra coffee. Altho next to the train station our room was completely quiet. Also next to the underground which was also conventent. A few homeless around but to be expected in a city. But NO problems at all. Highly recommend."

"The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and always so helpful. Returning from a long day of sightseeing to have a cocktail in the lounge became a high point of the day for us. I appreciated the "green energy" steps that were taken, down to very small things."
