"Overall 9/10. Location was convenient for us. Service was excellent throughout. Club double room was spacious and comfortable. Lighting controls (with mood lighting) were quirky but not a big problem. Need a light switch near the bathroom. We requested a quiet room, and the location seemed good until we were woken up by early morning deliveries and recycling noise. Nice (small) pool. Breakfast was good, but seating is cramped. Aviary roof bar and restaurant were very good. Overall good value for...

"Although it is a beautiful property, the furniture, walls, carpet, etc are worn, chipped, and seriously need an update. The decorator is average, we were there during its beautifully decorated woodsy/forest theme. Which was stunning and fantastic. But then they switched it to the hotel’s 10 year anniversary with cheesy paper fans, clouds and the pillows were cheap Chinese pillow covering that I didn’t even buy to decorate on my yacht because they looked cheap. I would have thought for a 10...

"Great location! Staff was friendly and even surprised us with early check-in! Taxi stand across hotel entrance made it easy to get around, even though Uber is also fast and slightly cheaper. Starbucks across the street or the 2 cafes next to hotel are great for morning coffee or lunch. Rooms were clean, spacious and view of river was a bonus!"

Advertised as a “ 5 star apartment “ .... filthy with broken beds , broken cupboards , no kitchen equipment , boiler broken so no hot water or heating , and a health hazard with a hole in the ceiling light with water dripping through on to your head in the toilet. Had to leave after 1 terrible night. "
