"WeL asked with the value for money for the apartment which could comfortably sleep six people with two good size bedrooms upstairs, a good size, bathroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen was a good size and had everything you needed and was well stocked with plates cups and glasses and you could quite easily stay there for a longer period of time and just a weekend . "Lovely base for our weekend. Lots of special caring touches from Shiela that were appreciated. Bathroom warm with excellent shower. Lots of room in spacious accommodation. Walked from the front door up into the Brecon beacons. Highly recommend."

"Such a lovely place, very spacey especially for the location. Literally a home from home. Communication was amazing from the host. And answered all the questions I had to ask. Even though on a busy road. Never once had an issue with noise or anything. Had such a lovely stay and I will be returning and recommending to friends and family members visiting the area"

"Oth0er than an issue with the lights that the management were more than happy to deal with, the apartment was excellent, very well appointed and scrupulously clean. "The directions to the property were great, easy to find. Very clean, smart and well appointed. Had everything i needed to cook. Sainsburys supermarket within 5 mins walk, cool micro brewery opposite 😁 I had a great week working in Hereford as well as exploring the town from here."

"Very clean, modern apartment in very central pedestrian area. Looks down on the Hereford Bull. If you are light sleeper it can be noisy with late night revellers but it didn’t bother us. Also a market appeared right outside on Saturday. Parking was easy in the nearby car park ( less than 5 mins walk) Overall great apartment with lots within a couple of minutes walk but it maybe too central for some"

"Chancery Cottage was the perfect place to stay in Hay on Wye for our family (2 adults and an infant). The property was clean, well-appointed, centrally located, and cozy. The designated parking spot was much appreciated and the Wi-Fi was fantastic. Everything about the cottage made our vacation as easy and relaxing as possible!"

"When we arrived the doors to both bedrooms were closed. Upon opening the door into the main bedroom there was a disgusting very strong smell. Great hotel - highly recommended.
"Stayed for a work trip. The food and drinks on offer at the hotel were great, especially breakfast. The staff were lovely, especially the lady on reception who was very friendly and helpful when I had issues checking in with a credit card. Lots of space to hold informal business meetings with my colleagues. Parking needed to be paid for separately but still very convenient in the middle of the town centre. Some colleagues mentioned that they could hear seagulls calling in the night but I couldn’t - possibly worth packing earplugs but it may just have been where their rooms were located in the hotel. "
