"I left after the first night. This company won’t talk to you through any of the proper channels like VRBO website/app or phone call. I contacted them several times ahead of my stay asking about facility access and they never responded. Finally after waiting outside my location for an hour, my phone about to die with little to no internet access in a foreign country, my wife was able to get ahold of them after many many attempts. They informed her that they needed documents and such from me...

"Excellent weekend stay here. Location was convenient for the city centre, a short walk (25 mins) or a cheap Uber drive away. Property was thoroughly clean and the communication with the property management was very clear and prompt. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we will be back soon. "We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."
