"Wow. An absolutely fabulous property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s beautifully presented and It really is so well equipped. The only thing I would mention is if you have really small dogs (we have a Border Terrier and a Jack Russell) the garden isn’t sufficiently enclosed that they couldn’t escape, but other than, it is a stunning spot for a really fantastic holiday. The owners are super-helpful and we absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone...

"We had a great time away with close friends at this property. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted. "3 generations of our family stayed here to celebrate my mums birthday and it was perfect. The house was full of character and brilliantly appointed with everything we could have needed. The garden was huge and my nieces loved rolling down the slope at the end. Beaulieu is a great location both as somewhere to visit itself but also as a base to explore from. We're already talking about when we might go back!"

"We had a pleasant stay even though the weather was bad. The house is comfortable and has everything you might need for a short holiday. The host is very pleasant and is quick to respond. The parking is a huge bonus. Would recommend if you want to stay close to Ferry port."

"This was our second holiday here and it was just as good as the first. We spent a lot of time reading in the lounge, watching the tide come in and out, and the shipping on the Southampton Water. The house is as described, but much better than the pictures can show. It is very comfortable with plenty of seating for six people, both in the lounge and the dining area. The galley kitchen is narrow, but perfectly functional. The stairs to the top bedroom are a bit steep, but there are sturdy...

"Outside front of property could do with a garden tidy up & garage door needs attention. Gives a wrong first impression,also picture of pub called The Woolpack is nowhere near the property,picture states outside which gives a wrong impression. Overall we liked the property & it was very clean & had everything we needed."

"Stayed here with 16 members of the family, aged 10 months to over 70. Games room was perfect, very well stocked kitchen , bedrooms were good, in general the property needs a hug, tired in places. The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect"

"We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it."
