"Stephen and Maria were at the door to great us on our arrival which was an an excellent way to make us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. Helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room.

The disabled access room was last on the corridor. This is a regular occurrence at hotels. If you are not bringing you scooter due to flight restrictions etc the length you walk can be critical to the success.
