Absolutely perfect Staff all wonderful and welcoming Nothing too much trouble Bedroom stylish and well appointed Very comfortable bed
Staff was excellent - friendly, helpful, and accommodating; the room was nice and quiet, the linens and robes were very soft. Great location for hopping on transit or just walking around the temple bar/trinity neighborhood.
I really enjoyed my stay at The Mont. Room and overall hotel grounds were clean and quiet. Convenient location, close proximity to Trinity College and few minutes walking to many pubs and eateries.
The only tip that I would give the hotel is to use glass enclosures for the room showers opposed to cloth shower curtains. From a disinfectant standpoint, I'm not sure how staff are able to properly disinfect shower curtains after guests' use opposed to being able to spray, disinfect and clean a glass shower enclosure.
Reception was exemplary. Then desk clerk acted as our Bellman. We arrived late and hurried to the bar for a nightcap at the Mont instead of traveling to the Temple Bar.
Bartender didn't make us feel rushed though we didn't linger. Departing I noticed I had left my raincoat in the ladies. I called the hotel immediately. The front desk held it for me and I've sent a UPS label for the hotel to mail it back to me postage prepaid. Thanks for a lovely stay. Next time it will be for a lot longer.
