"Although it is a beautiful property, the furniture, walls, carpet, etc are worn, chipped, and seriously need an update. The decorator is average, we were there during its beautifully decorated woodsy/forest theme. Which was stunning and fantastic. But then they switched it to the hotel’s 10 year anniversary with cheesy paper fans, clouds and the pillows were cheap Chinese pillow covering that I didn’t even buy to decorate on my yacht because they looked cheap. "Stayed to attend event at 02. Cable car across was brilliant. Unfortunately the Elizabeth line and DLR were closed for maintenance so had to use Jubilee line then a bus. The yacht was lovely, rooms are large. Bathrooms very clean. Breakfast had lots of choice, good quality food and plentiful. "Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."
