"Was told we would get breakfast in an email, but no breakfast was available! Misleading info! "

"This hotel was booked for two key workers . On arrival the hotel demanded £100.00 per room - totalling £200.00, despite the website stating one deposit They also demanded ID from all guests, these could not be given as neither worker had such in their possession, the hotel refused entry and also refused to refund monies paid for booking. we book on average for workers 35 rooms per month and never have we received such diabolical service , Britannia hotels WILL NEVER be used again."

"Overall it was a pleasant stay but the hot breakfast that we paid for was not consumable and I'm not at all a fussy eater and don't have much expectations."

"We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."
