"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"Seventh floor room with no elevator. You have to carry your baggage up 130 steps similar to a medieval castle. The room is fine but the trip up is challenging. "The hotel is very nice. The views the pool the staff the food all very good. Conveniently located near center with shops and restaurants bars. The “beach” wasn’t happening for us. We had to walk quite a ways to get to a public beach because Hotel Mary does not have a beach. It’s a huge platform built on huge rocks that are nicely put together for a deck atmosphere. The umbrellas and chairs and towels are all free from guests. There is a bar. The swimming area is a stairway going down to the sea. It’s a beautiful sight. But…, no beach to walk. Wife and I had a very nice massage at hotel. The breakfast was very nice and well staffed and well stocked with food and beverages. We had dinner at hotel and it was very nice. Great staff and delicious meal. "
