The property was amazingly beautiful. Our ocean view suite had spectacular view. Very clean. The beach could use some cleaning of the seeweed to enjoy the beach better. Not near walking distance to mall. We have stayed at different resorts throughout Cancun and this place needs friendlier staff by the pool. They just didnt seem to care to certain groups request. Food was delicious!

This is a great resort for those who want to just relax. Outdoor bars close promptly at 6. Hotel lobby bar closes promptly at midnight. No night swimming in pools. Extreme Limited availability for reservations at resort restaurants as well as a limit on entrees. It is also a timeshare hotel so keep that in mind. They try to sell to you. We reserved an ocean view room, however it was a partial ocean view. Ac unit was leaking and shower water was less than lukewarm. Room service required an extra small fee. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean! There is a strong mildew smell in the main entrance and lobby. Hotel was safe and in a great location close to public transportation to downtown Cancun. All in all a safe and friendly stay.

This is a cost friendly property that didn’t make me feel like I had to stay on property to get my moneys worth. You could do both excursions and stay on property and not feel like you’re wasting money. The food was ok

Grounds and facilities were great. Israel the trainer and all staff were friendly and fun. Enjoyed tennis, yoga, Zumba, pool volleyball and the Michael Jackson show. Food was very good. Disappointed that we couldn’t get reservations at the restaurants. Talked to a fellow guest at the buffet who did get a reservation for dinner and was told on arrival sorry we’re closed, with no advanced warning. We were only there 2 days so the buffet and snack bar were enough.

The staff- definitely! So friendly and hard working. The waiters we encountered- Paku, Francisco, Cocum, Joshua and others ( forgot the names)served us always with a smile and made us feel truly VIP guest. Thank you Expedia and thank you GR Solaris!

On vacation for 6 nights had a great time just to relax the only thing I have to say the front desk agent should have explain that you had to down load the app in order to make reservation or to see the room service menu.
