"Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were at tentative and welcoming, knew local knowledge when asked directions, would stay again. Down side car park attached to hotel is down a steep slope so not good if you can’t walk far, no direct access from car park into hotel. I had a room with a balcony, two chairs it could do with a small table to put your drink on. "

"The 6minute walk from the X3 bus stop with our small suitcases was really pleasant. The location was perfectly situated with easy access to the gardens, beach, promenade, the BIC, the Odeon & main shoppping areas. Upon arrival, Ali at Reception was welcoming & friendly. When we were disappointed to find the superior room had a double bed & not the twin bedded room as requested, Ali moved us to a spacious, 1st floor, sea-facing room with a sofa. "Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person. Thank you to all the amazing staff, who, did not know this but made our Ruby wedding anniversary, and wonderful experience, and nice memories. "
