"The hotel appeared to be short staffed in many areas. When we checked in there was no one to greet us, for a boutique hotel, I find this unacceptable. I walked around the lobby, restaurant and bar to find someone to check us in, after several minutes someone finally showed up. Our keys needed to be re-programed on the second day.
