"We had a flight cancelled at the airport and needed a place to stay. Much better than we expected, since we were kinda stuck and just needed a place to stay. Price was reasonable, and actually the hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly. We walked in without any reservation, and asked the lady at the desk for a price. Her price was higher than Expedia, and we pointed that out. She said she knew that, but couldn't match the Expedia price, BUT suggested that we sit down in the dining area and make the reservation via Expedia. (She laughed and said that's what she would do!) Told us it might take 5 minutes to come through. Walked back up the the desk in 5 minutes and we were all set."
