"I stayed in a no windows room, honestly made no difference to me. Felt cosy and nice. The decor is quirky in the room which I didn’t mind. The staff are LOVELY! Every staff member I encountered was smiley and friendly even the guy on reception when I got back at midnight (night staff are usually moody!). I struggled finding the car park initially and called them up and without hesitation a lovely lady came outside to explain the way there and even came to find me to make sure I found it. I wish...

Great view of the planes landing/ setting off at London city airport with minimal noise. Lobby welcoming, friendly staff and plenty of spaces to relax or do sone work. Hot drinks available at various times of day. Limited evening meal menu but very hot, tasty and quite quick. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. "
