"Very happy with choice of hotel. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness and helpful staff…..even let us leave our luggage on our arrival and departure days. The only slight complaint was we could hear every movement coming from room above, ie. squeaky floorboards and occasional sound of voices outside our bedroom….so maybe not so soundproof! However, we had a club room which was spacious enough, bathroom a little on the small side but the shower was a good size and worked well with good pressure....

"Facilities were spot on, perfect for what we wanted for a flying visit to London. Room was clean and well maintained. Decor was lovely also. Bathroom a tad on the small side but it didn't really bother us as we only used the room to rest our heads. Lobby area was beautifully decorated, welcoming friendly staff on reception. Safe and secure. Very happy, would stay again. "
