My wife and I arrived on 4/11/25 and were breath taken by the whole resort. Services were beyond anything I could ever ask for. Additionally, it made us feel like a weight has been lifted and we could breathe and relax. The food was exceptional, the room service was perfect, and overall it was just perfect. We had help from lots of staff members, but the one who stuck out to me was David who over saw the beach area. The one who wore the red shirt. He made our seating experience go smooth every time we showed up. Thank you all for the beautiful experience!

The room is huge, we loved the large balcony with dining table and relaxing chairs. The view is perfect, the breeze, the wind from ocean keep coming.....staffs were awesome. The hotel is super clean and organized...... we'll come back soon.....

This property is wonderful, the staff here are so warm and welcoming. The food options were are delicious. The rooms were super clean and the fridge was always being restocked throughout the week for us. Overall I would come back to this place over and over again.

I’ve stayed at other Excellence resorts (in Playa Mujeres and Riviera Cancún), and this one by far was the most chill. Service was great! Oscar on the beach kept the food and drinks coming as needed and Marisol ensured that there were FUN, daily activities for those who wanted a little more! (Although we did not receive our hat for winning the guacamole championship!) - overall, we had a great time! It was clean, quiet and the food was really very good.

Amazing strong drinks with top shelf alcohol. Great food! My husband said the sushi was very fresh and some of the best he’s had at a resort. Wish they had more breakfast options than just the buffet. Beach is gorgeous. Housekeeping is amazing and hard working. We always walked into a clean room and loved the nightly turn down service.
