The property was located right in the shopping area of Osaka with dontonbori a couple minutes walk. The rooms were clean and the only downside was on the floor I was placed on the hall smelled like tobacco. My room was a non smoking room and I’m not sure if they have some smoking rooms available or not but it did have a light smell of it. Overall the staff were amazing. The room was clean and they had great amenities, toothbrush, wash cloth, razor, hair restraint. Overall would come back.

Great location. Staff very efficient and nice. Some of the restaurants were closed due to various functions. Rooms are “tired”. Carpets were stained. It needs refurbishing.

Off the beaten path. Beautiful grounds.
Staff was amazing. Onsite restaurants were expensive but very good. Shinakawa Station was very convenient. Could use more local dining options. Glad we stayed though.

Check in and out easy. Concierge service day 1 from local was great, not so good second and third day. Proximity to everything like station, connectivity to tokyo haneda, convenience store was great.
