We had an Exec room with lounge access. Good: Good location. Very handy for the metro station where you can buy tickets. Remember to validate (time stamp) the tickets using the little yellow machines between the ticket room and the platform the first time you use them. Polite staff Clean Exec lounge had reasonable selection of cold snacks, and wine. Not so good: Stained sink. Safely deposit box was not easily accessible (on the floor inside the wardrobe) Room too hot. Air conditioning was not working so we were advised to open a window but it wouldn’t stay open. Room was too hot even when it was only 2 degrees outside. Poor breakfast – several coffee machines not working, toaster not working, egg whites uncooked and runny, hot food was barely warm, no omelette chef on one of the days. €20 each to use the pool, even when staying in exec room, so we did not use it.

A great stay. It would have been a 5 star review expect the water pressure in our shower was very low. The beds were also exceptionally firm - I like a firm mattress but this was another level that left our hips and shoulders hurting after a night of sleep. Great location though, lovely staff, beautiful lobby and a nice stay.

My stay with my family at Akra Antalya was amazing. The property has recently been renovated which means the whole hotel has an aura of modernness about which exudes itself in all of the fittings and furnishings. We went for a suite which had ample space and room for our toddler and was tastefully decorated with unbelievable views of the Bey mountains. The service has been second to none. Our room came with access to a private lounge which provided more than enough beverages and dining options for us all, throughout the day. I want to make a special mention to Akin and Evren in the Urban Chic Lounge - these guys truly went above and beyond, especially for my toddler with no request being too much trouble for them. Honestly, these guys are a testament to great customer service. Would highly recommend and we will be back if we decide to come back to Antalya!

Staff were absolutely fabulous and attentive. So welcoming and they knew who you were which made it a very personal experience. They surprised me with a cake on my birthday. The hotel is clean and the views are amazing. A wide choice of hot and cold dishes for breakfast. Location is walking distance of Fira. We had a car and parking could be a problem at times. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.
