Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return.

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. The Best hotel in the canary islands by a country mile. I’ve visited the hotel time and time again and it never fails to impress. It’s a home away from home. A huge thank you to Zaira, Victoria, Irene, Eli and Daniel in Casas Ducales. Excellent service as always, thank you. We look forward to seeing you all again in May. Wonderful property, great location. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with daily specials. The only thing that disappointed us was the daily charge at the gym of €6. We are both well travelled and that was our first time asked to pay for the use of the gym. The classes were offered free, when usually incur a surcharge, made no sense to us. Also, it’ll be lovely if there was some music playing around the pool, at least for some part of the day.

I liked the reception area and the first impression. The staff generally were very nice and attentive. A couple of staff members could have been more helpful. We resented being ‘told off’ by staff members for sitting in the weong place around the Level pool, for removing the Level refreshments out of the Level area when we were told by reception staff that we could take plastic cups from the pool area and go get a drink from the Level to take back with us. The rules were inonsistent and made no sense some of the time as its all the same hotel so why make it difficult for guests! The refreshments at the Level snacks buffet were not replenished quickly enough and when the milk ran out and I asked for it to be refilled, the member of staff who was restocking the fridge of cold drinks, told me she would finish stocking the fridge and then would get the milk. So she left me standing for quite some time and expected me to wait until she finished. This was not good customer relations. It would have taken her no time to just go grab some milk and then continue with fridge!!!

The staff make this place. They are so accommodating and friendly. There are plenty of options at meal times and always free tables for the help yourself buffet, which, unfortunately some people help themselves to just a little too much! The all inclusive drinks are fairly standard but the cocktails taste like bad fortified wine so I would avoid. If you like evening entertainment then you will not be disappointed. If you don’t, there’s nowhere to escape except your room with a set of ear plugs. The TV only has Sky News but plenty of channels in German as well as Spanish. So take your own entertainment. Around the pool it can be windy, but it’s warm in March. There are the obligatory pool aerobics to avoid but they’re not too pushy. The Spa is tired but a nice quiet break away from others. The staff make up for any of the downsides to this place though.

I liked the complex the pools area kept really well clean and the entertainment really good engaging all ages also the ladies at the snack bar extremely friendly and welcoming. The down side was I had been made aware no lifts to the apartment but didn't reslise there would be so many steps I counted 53 and found it quite steep to climb felt my creaky knees if I returned would need accommodation better suited I struggled to carry my luggage down the stairs at the end of my stay.. Staff were really nice and overall I had a lovely visit
