(159 reviews) This is one of six hotels on the street - you don't which hotel you will be in until you arrive. Bad The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping. No loungers at the beach (as advertised in the listing) unless you want to play a daily fee. Should be included for hotel guests. Ridiculous sign in (security) for indoor pools (each person must have their own room card and also sign out with it. Multi gendered change room for pools does not work - needs separate change rooms for privacy. Good Breakfast Staff tried their best to help us with the AC issue, but it was a building system issue that they could not fix. Chairs available on pool deck at hotel or sub lounging. Property, for the price is not worth it. (271 reviews) Overall a very clean hotel and staff were so lovely and helpful! Only thing I would have to say about the room was that the balcony door was slightly broken and kept opening at the top as I think part of the hinge was off meaning bugs kept getting into the room. Thankfully not a lot of them did get in but was a bit annoying having to keep removing them. Other than that the room was very clean and was perfect- had everything you could need!
