We enjoyed our one-night stay at the Vox Hotel. Staff was courteous. Our room was clean and super comfortable. And, we enjoyed dinner at the hotel. We would defiantly recommend the Vox!

Novelty of staying on a houseboat is fun, and the place was nicely laid out and clean. However, there is essentially nothing in the immediate area for dining or amenities. There's a plaza of stores about 2km away. Immediate vicinity is a bit gritty and public transport is limited. It was odd to feel isolated yet look across the harbor and see a bustling city. A car or Uber is almost a must. My houseboat had a swampy smell to it. It wasn't the marina; the air outside smelled fine. Maybe need to clean a bilge pump or something.

Very clean polite staff and great location for my stay

A really great base for exploring Gothenburg. A perfect location next to the main bus station and above the main train station. The staff are superb and the room itself was clean & well equipped.

Gorgeous, well looked after hotel. Every detail to perfection from restaurants, staff/service, rooms, breakfast etc Absolute favourite hotel in Gothenburg. A real treat .

Overall great stay, modern facilities good breakfast and super friendly staff. Will come back here next time in Goteborg.

The property itself was excellent, and the staff were superb. Fabulous inclusive breakfast buffet, too. The area is a little out of town, and local construction on a new tram means the neighbourhood is a bit of a mess. No fault of the hotel, obviously. I was attending a gig at Film Studios nearby, so it was very convenient for that.
