This property went way above what i expected. Everything there you needed and a little shop in the hotel which was brilliant and so handy. Laundry amenities. Rooms were well thought out. I had the balcony one with a city view which i highly recommend.. Air conditioning brilliant and not noisy. Super massive comfy bed. Great shower and even a rotaing mirror with magnification on one side. Was super for putting my contacts in. Tuk tuk to the top of the street if you didn't want to walk but hotel is in the centre right near terminal 21. Nothing not to like, would definitely stay here again.

Incredible place, views superb, staff superb, room superb. Bring a full wallet though, it’s very expensive to eat and drink here in comparison to the city and not a lot going on in the surrounding streets. If you’re wondering out try Jacks for authentic Thai food on the river. Very basic compared to the hotel but brilliant.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Amatara. The place was gorgeous and the staff were always kind and attentive. I loved how secluded it is yet you can walk around and find things to do. It was the perfect balance for our vacation. We just came back and we miss it already!

We had a wonderful stay at Angsana. Joe at Front office offered impeccable service and helped elevate our stay by ensuring we were able to be located close to our family so the young kids could spend even more time together during the holiday. We didn't spend much time outside of the resort and the surrounding facilities (which are accessible by boat shuttle around the lagoon), mainly because the resort offers access to everything. During our stay we got to participate in the hotel's Songkran festivities which were education, and festive. THANK YOU to the whole team for involving the guests as you did! We really enjoyed the morning! Service at the pool bar was fantastic and lively in the afternoons, and the kids loved the inflatable waterslide available in the main pool area. The kids club felt a little limited- it was extremely warm and humid during our stay and the indoor room at kids club has only a ball pit- but plenty of space to activate other options. our kids did quite a few of the paid activities like the pizza making/ painting etc. and loved them all. Thank you to the kids club team.

We stayed in the older hotel units overlooking the pool. They were absolutely great. Space, baloney large bathroom. The facilities were excellant. Two teenage boys plenty to do. Beach on your doorstep with paddle boarding or kayaking. Pools, bars and massive buffett breakfast. Right in the center of Ao Nang so easy access. However once back in the resort totally peaceful. Loved my visit, will be back!!

OK, so I booked this hotel many months ago with messaging indicating I wanted to get a better room with two beds. We ended up with the worst room in the back no View no even opening window. I checked online there were rooms available, but were told because they wereonline rooms. They were not available to me for an upgrade. Online rooms. They were not available to me for an upgrade or change even though I booked online.. confusing? Yeah me too. I feel like a manager cared. They would’ve just made the change. There were pool room, views, and other rooms available online. Other than that, the place is a great all in one location, family oriented. This is not a single resort. Staff was all very nice pleasant as all Thai people are. It was nicely situated towards the end and you can walk right to everything you want.
