het is een net hotel met een ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam team mensen, dankzij dit team hadden wij een geweldige week. Elke dag kregen we goede adviezen om een mooie dag te beleven. De kamer was elke avond bij terugkomst weer keurig.Wakker worden met uitzicht op zee , ja een echte aanrader.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer sind viel kleiner und schlichter als auf den Werbefotos, die Bilder stimmen überhaupt nicht überrein mit der Realität . Kaum Stauraum, das Mobiliar ist sehr abgenutzt. Das Badezimmer ist alt, mit offensichtlich schlechter Wartung, verfärbte Fugen, rostiger Armaturen, die Dusche funktionierte nur schwach, das Wasser war teils nur sehr lauwarm und es hat nur Salzwasser. Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, Haarreste, Flecken auf Böden oder Wänden wurden nicht beseitigt, in 6 Tagen wurde nicht einmal richtig geputzt. Das Frühstück war schlicht, Auswahl gering und oft war einiges schon leer oder kalt. Es wurden nur langsam oder gar nicht nachgefüllt. Die Lage ist zwar zentral, jedoch mit den Nachteilen: nachts sehr laut, Straßenlärm ist deutlich hörbar, Fenster isolieren kaum. Schon am ersten Abend war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Plaza Zakynthos sehr enttäuschend, Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und im Zimmer war es erstickend heiß. Als Lösung wurde uns vorgeschlagen, einfach mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, was absolut unzumutbar war. Zum einen herrschte draußen starker Straßenlärm, zum anderen war es auch draußen noch sehr warm, sodass dies kaum Erleichterung brachte. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist es völlig inakzeptabel, dass solche grundlegenden Dinge wie eine funktionierende Klimaanlage nicht sichergestellt sind. Leider hat dieser schlechte Start unseren gesamten Aufenthalt massiv getrübt. Dieses Hotel hat das schlechteste Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis.
