"Could be a 3 star with a little more attention. Toilet roll sheets only suit nursery children - far too small. Bar manager could not tell which wines were "aged", simply reading the label does not necessarily guarantee ensure that the absence of such information means that it is not "aged"- staff ..."

Nice Hotel - Great gym but rip off parking
"Stayed for business and I have stayed here a few times. The main reason I stay is for the gym. It is much better equipped than most hotel gyms. "Parkgate Hotel is a lovely, clean hotel. Staff are really friendly. Food is amazing. Hotel room is far better than expected from photos. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Hotel is 5 mins from station / bars & restaurants and shops. Will definitely be going back !!!"
