"Very charming 21 room boutique hotel in an historical building. The location just inside the City Gate was easy walking distance to all the sites. The room and amenities were up to date, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Maria who not only called a taxi but walked us and our luggage in the rain to the meeting spot outside the pedestrian area. If you want a personalized, small hotel experience in the old part of the city, I highly recommend Domus Zamittello. "

"The hotel was alright, but the construction site noise & drilling from early morning to evening ruined my stay, litterally! The room was modern and clean but much smaller than expected. The pool was also much smaller than expected, only 55cms high, which I thought was a bit laughable! The staff was very attentive, but once I asked for a plate and cuttleries and they told me it would be charged as 2EUR for the room service. "A lovely hotel with excellent facilities and really helpful staff, pretty close to Valletta but there are 82 steps to get to the street or you have to walk round on a steep hill. After that it is very close to Valletta. They lay on 2 courtesy cars a day at 10am and 6pm but if you are elderly or find steep hills/steps tricky you will need to get taxis. Apart from that everything was really super. All night bar along with pool bar in the day. Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, health spa, gym. It has it all. No useful shops for drinks and nibbles on site but none in Valletta either"
