This hotel offers such a high level of quality and service. Staff are so kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and enjoyed fine dining on both. Swimming pool, sauna and jakuzzi are so heavenly to relax after a ski-day. Fireplace is awesome with real wood. We will definitely come back.

Very nice staff! Breakfast was with €62,-- for two over the top. One bread roll and one slice of bread each, which were not fresh by the way, and only little selection of things to put on. A body lotion would have been nice in the delux room for that money! However otherwise we enjoyed the stay! Lovely area and people!

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, das Abendessen war spitze, Frühstück ebenfalls top. Zusätzlich war bei uns das Frühstück gratis. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Parkplatz kostenfrei am Hotel.

Luksus skiferie!

Lækkert hotel med rigtig venlig og god betjening. Meget rene og flotte værelser - det var svært at se at lejligheden havde været brugt ret meget. Stort køkken med flot bordplads og opvaskemasking - dog var andelen af køkkengrej ikke så god. Skiterræn lige udenfor døren (Altastenberg). Tag dog bilen eller bussen 8-10 minutter til Skiliftkarrussel i Winterberg for endnu bedre skiløb. Lækker restaurant med dedikeret vinbar og lækre 3- og 4-retters menuer med udvalgte Tyske vine. Fantastisk Spa-Wellness område med stor pool, boblebad, dampbad og loftssauna. Efter kl. 19:00 om aftenen havde vi hele Spa-området helt for os selv.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Skigebiet. Großer Pool. Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gab war der Service im Restaurant der teilweise etwas schlecht organisiert war.

Heerlijk hotel of appartement. Genoten van zwembad, sauna en stoombad. Schitterend vertrekpunt voor heerlijke wandelroutes in deze mooie omgeving. Bezoek de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. En het stadje Winterberg met zijn vele terrassen.

Schönes Hotel, nah an Wanderwegen

Wir waren schon mehrnals in der Astenkrone,immer wieder gerne. Allerdings gibt es einen kleinen Abzug: Das Fishing for Complimennts nimmt doch zu sehr Überhand. Jeden Morgen beim Früstück ein Bewertungsbogen ist dann doch zu viel. Und am Abreisetag ein Bewertungsbogen für das Hotel/ Zimmer plus Bewertung für das Essen, irgendeine Marketingsaktion, ähnlich wie hier. Einfach übertrieben. Schönes Frühstück aber, freundliche Bedienung, so wie man es gerne hat. Auch die neue Rezeption sehr gelungen und überaus hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter dort wie im ganzen Haus.
