"Check-in was perfect and very accommodating with parking. Room was fit for purpose and as I was only staying a couple of days, it was perfectly functional. Some other guest were a bit noisy; somone banging on the door at 5am when they can't operate the front door as they're getting in from a night out. You're given a door code to get in, but obviously not everyone functions after a couple of drinks and another room with a loud TV early in the morning. Not the hotel's fault though and you get it...

"Details- Lovely hotel in the new forest. Located in Brockenhurst, which is between lyndhurst and lymington. The beach is about 15-20 drive south. The magnificent forest is a stone through away. Purpose- Family short break (June) Local- There is a petrol station near by and a tesco express around the corner in brokenhurst village. There are limited places to eat here.
