We vacationed and traveled for 11 days and stayed at 10 different hotels in upstate NY. This hotel was the BEST. It was spacious, very clean, with an excellent breakfast. The host was polite, professional, and a lot of fun to visit with. We found an excellent place to wrap up with our sightseeing adventure. You will not be disappointed!!

We had an amazing time at the Hotel Vienna. Jacob was the most amazing host and the breakfast was delicious and all of the amenities were fabulous. We could not have been happier. In the morning at 7:30 the entire hotel start smelling like fresh baked croissants. I am not a morning person, but this got me up every morning to go downstairs and enjoy their amazing breakfast. I can’t say enough about this hotel and how fabulous the staff is.

What a delightful stay! We were on a week long trip and great hotels were far and few between. Until this one! Jacob was so welcoming to wearytravelers! The rooms were clean, quiet and so comfortable with a Scandinavian flair. I wish we could have stayed longer. But I know one thing...we will be back.

Clean , comfortable , did not use amenities bc we arrived too late . They had an indoors pool , a couple of places where you could make and sit by the fire and a corn hall . Breakfast was ok . Cereals, variety of coffees or tea . Various croissants and yougurt !

I was grateful to the staff for a late 2am arrival, was able to get the keys with no staff on-site, got our room. Had a comfortable safe stay. The barrel sauna is great, the indoor pool was good, the continental breakfast was simple. Great coffee machine, convenient location. Overall, awesome stay. Would definitely recommend to others, price of room very reasonable. Thank you Vienna Hotel!!

Overall, the stay was very nice for our 2 day getaway. The room was clean and spacious, and the pool was very nice and well maintained, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was OK, with warm croissants/muffins, but the coffee machine idea needs to be reevaluated. It was acting up on the first day, and the wait for each single cup coffee was too much in the morning rush. A morning full pot (or pots) of coffee should be put out for the breakfast rush. And it would be nice to have decaf as an option. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant, and we would certainly come back.
