"The hotel itself is ideally located for the airport and for other transport modes. The lobby is grand and beautiful, check in process smooth. We had to change rooms due to a couple of issues, this was a smooth process. The hotel as lovely as it is, some areas the wear and tear is quite visible, much that could be remedied with a spot of maintenance. Staff lovely and welcoming, food was delicious and reasonably priced."
