I didn't like that some things were self serve like when loading up our luggages to and from our unit # that we have to bring the trolly ourselves with our baggages. I didn't like that the hotel didn't have microwave in the unit # and there were no microwaves anywhere in the hotel so that was inconvenient for me and for my family as we have 2 kids. We needed to warm food but we couldn't because of no microwave so we had to throw most food in the garbage."

"Excellent location, but the road in front of the hotel is often congested. The property is not new but perfectly maintained and is impeccably clean. Perfect for business stay, also nice for leisure. The key selling point however is the staff. With all capitals: THE STAFF. I have never had such an experience with any staff in any hotel before. From the concierge to the Horizon Club team, everybody provides the highest quality of attention. I am celiac and in need of special diet, and I have never ever been treated with so much attention in any hotel. Shangri La will be my brand to go from now, thank you very much for the fantastic hospitality and experience."
