"Beautiful apartment. Small quiet development. The pool is lovely. Its a 5 minute walk to the strip. The apartment has everything you need, although no aircon, but not needed in February for my stay! There is a portable fan if needed. I would definitely stay here again"

"Villa Clara has everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing holiday in the sun. The Villa is Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with all the mod cons, like a home from home. It is situated in a quiet residential area of Tias and the mountain and sea views are just beautiful, the outdoor area is well furnished and the heated pool is perfect for a swim and having lots of fun. "The apartment is very central. Interior looks very new, stylish. Parking might be a headache, as there is in front of the apartment a large Spa/Tennis court that absorbs some visitors by car. I recommend to park the car no later than 9 am to find easily a parking lot."

"Just returned back home after staying for a week. Have to say after traveling to Lanzarote 6 times in the past 7yrs and staying in different apartments/villas this has to be the best one yet. Communication with Dean was a pleasure nothing was to much trouble. Had a problem with the water on the second day but this was dealt with in no time. The villa was very clean and was in a quiet residential area. Liked the villa so much I have booked it again next year. Would definitely recommend"

"The property is just as described in the listing, easy to contact Julia and really friendly neighbours!! A really lovely community. "Really nice pool. Awesome bbq. Only 5 mins walk from centre of Puerto Del Carmen bars, restaurants, shops, etc. I would personally call it a 4 bed, as one of the bedrooms is essentially a very large landing, overlooking the living room with fence so people in living room can't see you unless youre standing up. Technically it is 5. But one room is not private. Really nice owner. Treated very well."

"The weather was lovely averaging on 22 degrees everyday (30th Dec to 5th Jan 2024). The apartment was lovely and very clean. We had a lovely sea view. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The beach is about an 8 minute walk away. The only negative I have is that our room wasn’t ready from 2pm like stated. I would definitely return for another stay! Great value for money. "
