We checked in very easily and were greeted with a clean and lovely cottage (& a cute welcome basket of goodies) The decor and furnishings were lovely with a real Cornish feel. We have a dog and have previously stayed in houses to find the smell of the previous visitors to still be lingering... We were really pleased...

"We stayed for a week at this Edwardian flat situated high above Carbis Bay and near the coastal path. We woke up to coastal views from the master bedroom and I often had my coffee looking out to the sea. The property has a nice balcony with grand views up the coastline. If you like historical properties you'll like this place. The kitchen is well equipped and the listing description is accurrate. I would highly recommend this place."

"A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

"We had a wonderful stay! A slice of Paradise. Such an idyllic setting with inspiring views from this lovely beach house where we enjoyed a glass of wine on our terrace, watching the kite surfers and little fishing boats go by. The garden was so enchanting, it was a joy admire all the pretty flowers on our way as we meandered down to the beach below.
