"It's a building with several apartments so ours did not exactly match the photos, but it did look similar enough. We were on the second floor and there was no lift - something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. The sofa was a little small but comfortable enough. The apartment was clean, but some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, presumably from previous guests. The oven did not work for us. "Room clean, modern, not as in the photos but it was ok. Very close the the centre great location. My only grump was the bin men at 5am both mornings on the cobble street below and the lack of sleep as bed was very comfortable but a double is too small but thats our preference."

"Really friendly at reception, room was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Parking next door at the NCP car park was very secure, 1 minute walk away, £22 for 24 hours paid via the app which isn’t too bad for a city and the convenience. Only negative is the room layout meant you couldn’t watch TV from the bed as it was in a separate living area and hard to see from the sofa due to size and distance (we stayed in a studio). Great hotel for location and everything else though."

The reception team were amazing at trying to address the issues and eventually moved us to a different room (as they were unable to resolve the TV issue). "This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester."
