The room was perfect for 1 person or for a very short stay because the room is really small. But it was clean and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast downstairs in the cafe was delicious. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and well stocked. I even got a free bottle of wine!! (a perk for booking with Expedia). The central station was a bit of a walk, about 25 minutes, but I didn’t mind that. Would definitely recommend

Nice little hotel in a good location. The cleaning staff did a very nice job freshening the room up daily, despite the mess I left rushing out in the mornings. The climate control in my room was a bit noisy -- that's all I can really think of to criticize. I'd definitely come back.

スタッフが非常に親切で感動しました。朝食付きのプランにしましたが、1階のフロントも兼ねたカフェでモーニングメニューが選べます。種類も多く、ボリュームも十分なので長期滞在される方には特におすすめです。ホテルの道路を挟んだ向かい側（徒歩数分）に小規模のスーパーがあり、またホテルの裏側（徒歩5分くらい）に大きなスーパーと酒屋さんがあり、レストランに行かなくても、ここで食料やドリンクは手に入ります。周囲のホテルに比べで料金もお得で、大満足なホテルでした。メルボルンに行く際には、是非とも利用したいです。

Good location close to casino, river and Southbank restaurants. The hotel had a 24 hour reception. Good security with only those staying able to access the elevators. The room was clean and modern with a comfy bed and good shower with nice shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There were in room coffee machine and tea making facilities. Would stay again if the price was right.
