"We had a lovely stay here. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the cricket pitch which my partner thought was fab as he could sit and enjoy the days match. I visited the spa which was very nice although a little pricey."
"Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room, helpfullness of the staff and the fantastic venue.
Only minor issue was that there was only decaff coffee in our room. Soon fixed!!
Would be happy to stay here again "
"Lovely hotel, helpful staff and good breakfast choices.
My only minor would be the bathroom in our room was a little tired - the grout and silicone. "
"Nice lady checked us in. Nice & warm in all areas. Nice bedroom. Had 18 stairs to climb though, not really suitable for the elderly, so ask for a first floor room. Television a bit small for the room but had lots of channels. Quiet area so had a good sleep every night. Convenient for the Mayflower theatre & not too far to the main shopping area if you enjoy a short walk. Close to the railway station too."
"Specific review for Jacob (West - I think?). Very knowledgeable about the local area and gave me lots of dining options. Polite, professional and deserves 5* feedback. Sim Sangha."
"We had a great stay at Bartley Lodge after visiting Peppa Pig world inside Paultons Park
Family of four: two adults and two kids age 3 and 7 - both autistic so they are loud and a bit restless waiting, but we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The lady managing the dining room brought them colours and books for the table to play with as the conservatory had less WiFi signal for watching cartoons.
Great breakfast options really filling and fresh including the usual familiar cereal...

"Perfect bed for the night. Hotel is a little old and dates. Could do with some modernisation. Our 1st surprise was the shower curtain. These have long time. Time for a screen Holiday Inn!
Beds were comfy. Breakfast was carnage!! Tables could not be cleaned up fast enough. I understand there is a shortage of staff in hospitality in the UK. They were really trying their best.
I would stay here again just for the comfy bed and the convenience."
