"Overall amazing place , to stay . Reception staff excellent and easy to check in /check out. Great use of grounds with outside cinema , and different areas of relax. But restaurants/bars area extremely slow service and plenty of them not managed at all, walking around in different sections of huge restaurants area but not really doing anything. Need good hospitality management and clear instructions for staff. Food average, if you finally can place order. "

"I think the whole problem was perhaps due to a wrong expectation. The online rating and the limited photos gave me an impression this is really a good place. The location is indeed super, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the single room is extremely disappointing and even awkward. It is almost the smallest room that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is far too narrow. There is no chair, only a stool. No table. Only a small cabin which has a small fridge inside. The window is not tight...

"The hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable for 3 adults. Only negative was in the hotel were 2 elevator but one was out of order and our room was on level 5!! It was quite busy and waiting was disappointing. "

"The hotel is part of the football stadium leisure complex. Loads of parking outside and restaurants within walking distance. Access is very convenient off the adjacent highway. My only criticism is that there is no air conditioning and even the fan didn’t seem to work either."

"Hotel Vue was a nice hotel. A little older on the inside. Small rooms but works well for 2 people. The bed was a little on the harder side. Breakfast was a light buffet. Staff was very friendly and spoke English which was very helpful. They do have a large parking lot with free parking. Location was fairly close to the Christmas caves which was where we wanted to go. Overall this hotel was a nice place to stay."
