"Was hesitant at first with some responses and reviews from prior to arriving. However, once we got there, everything went fine. Front desk was nicer than what others have said. Place is odd, but odd in a good way. Like others, remote didn't work right away, but all you have to do is look it up online and sync the remote. Really easy to do. Again, overall pretty cool place. "

"We came for the Miami Open...and weLoved this place. A few of the bathroom fixtures were a tad bit old, but overall, everything was clean and the beds comfy. Check in was a breeze. And we had our dog with us, which can sometimes be a bit problematic. But here, they were EXCEPTIONALLY welcoming. "

"Had a great stay! The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice. I knew going in that they were under renovation and this was obvious from the reviews. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot from the rooms next to you but again, this was also mentioned in the reviews and i was aware this may be the case so i brought a portable sound machine with me. Just have to do your researching beforehand! Would visit again! "
