Disappointed there was no lift when I had to drag suitcase up 2 floors. However the hotel was lovely, clean, excellent breakfast on offer. Booked it due to its location to the NEC. Only 10 minutes away. I’ll book again

This stay was a welcome return to a hotel that has maintained the standards of excellence that are now so difficult to find. The food - both breakfast and dinner - was top-drawer, especially considering the cost. An excellent stay and highly recommended.

The Manor is in a beautiful setting and is a well looked after hotel. The rooms and restaurant areas were exceptionally clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! We had a fab meal in the restaurant. We will be back!

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff were very friendly - food in the Marco Pierre White restaurant was very good. Rooms are a little dated but spacious / bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable and big with nice pillows. Would easily recommend.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful entrance gardens and room was spacious and clean. Lovely meal in restaurant. Quick check in and out. Good location for NEC Breakfast was good, bacon could have been cooked more and poached eggs requested hard but other than that good. No lift to rooms. Would definitely go back

Overall the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They took care of some of our additional requests that we had for our room as my wife was pregnant, which was much appreciated. The main hotel lobby and reception area was very well decorated. The room felt like it good do with a bit of modernisation and a refresh. However was clean tidy and perfectly functional and practical. Breakfast was good quality and staff were friendly. Overall very happy with our stay and would consider it good value for the money. The secure car park is a major plus.
