You couldnt go outside without seeing homeless people. They dont offer coffee unless you buy an 18 dollar breakfast. The room is a shoe box. There is no parking unless you pay 40 dollars a day to park 3 blocks away in which you have to get through all the homeless and drug users.

Great location the rooms are small but it was quiet and I was able to rest. The check in was a bit complicated and the staff doesn’t help you at all. The representative (she) noticed I was struggling and didn’t ask me if I needed help. Other than that it was great.

I really loved the room! It was a small but yet great stay! The king size bed is amazing especially the comforter! The window view was nice. Everything was controlled by the iPad I thought that was neat. Black out curtains made it extra dark. The color changing light in shower, so awesome! The funny phrases around the hotel are cool. Check in was nice. Breakfast was very good!

It was convenient to everything and even though not in the greatest area we felt completely safe. The room, even though it was small, was comfortable. There was little sound and the blackout blinds did their job.

Location was great. Easy to walk around to different parts of the city. Very quiet, never heard another guest.. above, below, or on the floor even. Check in was easy even arriving at 2am from an extended flight delay. Bed was super comfy. A few minor issues with the hotel. iPads to control the lights, and everything else in the room. All lights turned on or off at the same time. So in the middle of the night to use the bathroom there wasn’t a way to turn just the bathroom light on without turning on all the lights. Another thing there was no channel guide on the tv. Lastly the bathroom we hated. No storage/cabinet to put anything on. Sink was tiny like being on an Amtrak train, if you know what I mean. It was so tiny that they had to put the tissues/hairdryer on a shelf in the bedroom area. Door was just a privacy glass which afforded no privacy, and lastly water got everywhere when taking a shower. Literally the floor got all wet even when being mindful with the placement of the shower curtain. Little stuff, but amounted to not receiving a better star level.
