Great hotel, good location and very helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were great including the rooftop pool. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety.
This is a great place to stay in Santa Christina. Great location and has a beautiful view of the Sasso Lungo. The rooftop pool is fantastic. There was a lot of construction happening when we were there, but hopefully that should be done soon.
Everything about Hotel Touring was excellent! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the amenities (including heated pool, saunas, and hot tub) were wonderful, particularly on the one rainy day we had. The location was also convenient for hiking. I would highly recommend Hotel Touring.
Clean big room. Liked their wellness center. The only wish they opened it earlier than 4pm.
Parking is available but very tight. Great breakfast options.
This property has great amenities with incredible views. The amenities are nicer than the rooms themselves (rooms felt a bit old-dust mitey carpet), but honestly was worth it still. A rotation through the sauna a pool was glorious after a day of hiking in the mountains.
Amazing staff from helping with initial parking at check in, front desk, breakfast each morning and throughout the stay. Very clean & nice hotel with great parking, breakfast was nice, & nice amenities such as the rooftop pool and spa facilities. Will definitely return for a longer stay next year!
The breakfast was out of this world. So many options and excellent service. You couldn’t beat the breathtaking views from the room and roof top pool. Mirko at the front desk was so helpful. He gave us great recommendations and excellent customer service throughout our stay. The beds were a little stiff, but would highly recommend this hotel.
We loved our time here! Even better than in pictures-especially the rooftop pool. Decor was cute. Breakfast buffet was expansive and the staff helped us with so many little things to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel was amazing! The food was delicious. The staff was very attentive & spoke many languages. The amenities were wonderful. I was sorry to leave!
Had a perfect stay - very nice and service oriented staff. Rooms are very clean and I had a nice 3 course meal for dinner I a beautiful dining area.
The roof top pool has a stunning view of the Val Gardena.
This hotel really is something else. We stayed for 3 nights and were so sad to leave. It's beautiful in every way. The staff are amazing, so helpful and so friendly. The hotel is itself ins exceptional - great location, the decor is exquisite and the rooms are fabulous. Best nights sleep in ages.
We booked the package with dinner included which is certainly worth doing. The food both breakfast and dinner is outstanding made even better with the excellent staff who work in there.
The rooftop pool and sauna are such a lovely way to round off a busy day especially when a little drink up there is added in
I cannot rate this place highly enough. Fabulous in every way
The hotel was one of the most exceptional stays I have had. The staff was extremely kind and was always very helpful. The restaurant had an option for dinner and was the most amazing meal we had during our honeymoon. The wait staff were very kind and alway went above and beyond great service. The only negative we had was that the bed was harder than we normally like. However, the view, amenities, and the staff made the experience truly remarkable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Staff on arrival was very helpful. Car park is slightly passed the hotel turning back on yourself.
Travelled solo so room was small but bed very comfortable. Room was but too hot even with temp turned to lowest so had to sleep with window open.
Breakfast was excellent.
Only downside was that the half board option had set menu which wasn’t appealing to solo traveller. Would probably be fine if travelling in couples/group.
Big hot tub on 1st floor and roof top pool was great, chilled room next to it was great when started to rain.
At time of travel the town is quiet with nothing open so I’d probably stay somewhere else in shoulder seasons… not the hotels fault though.
Definitely return in a busier month
Everyone there was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel has a great pool and relaxation area the town is beautiful, free voucher for bus rides through the area !
