"I had an awesome stay at David’s cute cottage! It was clean and so close to the beach and boardwalk. The parking and front patio were perfect. I will return!"

"This house was in such a perfect location-it's so close to the beach and bay and around so many restaurants and shops. Belmont Park was literally a 4 minute walk, the beach was even less than that. There was plenty of room for all of us and the fact that every room had its own bathroom was a huge plus! The beach is so close to the house so I wasn't surprised that there's still sand on the floors and showers; it's inevitable. The sheets on the bunk beds still had some sand tracked all over them, but no big deal. Some of the things were a little older and run down like some of the blinds and barn yard doors downstairs, but overall this house was perfect for our stay. The elevator was a plus for bringing things up and down as well. The hosts are so communicative which eased my anxiety."

"Loved everything about the stay. One change suggestion is the beds were very uncomfortable and although the directors chairs gave a great view of the beach a more comfortable less rusty option is suggested."

"This property is wonderful. Great location just a short 2min walk to the beach and just a skip to the bay. The space is large with plenty of space to spread out for our family of four (2 adults and 12yo and 15yo). The roof top deck was a highlight. Great spot to enjoy the view and the sunshine. And there’s a very large umbrella if you need to get out of the sun. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. All the beach amenities are in the garage (chairs, umbrella, sand toys) which was very nice. Overall it was a great place for our getaway. Our only con was the WiFi. It was quite slow and would sometimes not work at all. If we restarted the router by unplugging and plugging back in that seemed to help for a bit but eventually it would slow down again. This was a little disappointing for work/entertainment purposes and for watching the NCAA championship game. Luckily it worked well enough to watch our Wolverines win! "
