Personel güler yüzlü ve çok nazik. Odalar temiz. İki çocuğum eşim ve kendim için bir çift kişilik yatak ve iki ayrı tek kişilik yatak olan büyük bir oda tutmuştuk ancak çift kişilik yatağın yanına iki park yatak ilave idilen küçük bir oda verildi. Çocuklarım park yatakta yatmadığı için dördümüz çift kişilik yatakta yatmak zorunda kaldık. Tatil için kötü bir gece geçirdik. İki puanı bu yüzden kırdım.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο, ανετο μπάνιο, ντουζιερα και δωματια, μεγάλη πισίνα μέσα στα δεντρα, καθημερινη καθαριοτητα, καλά στρώματα, πλούσιο πρωινο σε μπουφε, σε 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο του Νεου ΚΑρλοβασιου και όλα σε λογική τιμή. Θα πρέπει ομως απαραιτήτως το κατάλυμα να αντικαταστήσει τις πετσετες και τα σεντόνια του που έχουν πλέον παλιώσει

Nice hotel close to the city centre.

I had a nice spacious room that would be adequate for 2 and not just 1people. Nice bathroom. The breakfast was very good as well. There was a very good spread. The room was very clean as well.
