Très bon accueil. Personnel attentionné. Places de parking de l'hôtel un peu exiguës et nécessitant des manœuvres pour des véhicules de taille supérieures à la moyenne. Il y a une machine à café dans les chambres. Une capsule est offerte par personne en guise de bienvenue. Les autres sont payantes au prix de 1€ chaque (ce sont des capsules plastique sans marque de valeur inférieure à 0,20€). C'est vraiment mesquin de la part de l'hôtel. C'est pour cela que je retire 1 étoile

lovely stay at Belle Vue

The hotel was very nice with friendly staff. A great location with easy walking distance to the beach and seafront shops restaurants and bars. An excellent place as bade camp to go out and explore. We had a first floor sea view room the higher up you are the better the view. Last day we had breakfast on our balcony watching the surfers.

Nous avons passé un week-end en couple entre Vaux et Royan. Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel bien situé avec une grande chambre confortable, bien décorée, et avec une vue directe sur la mer... De plus, les hôteliers sont accueillants et disponibles pour nous donner des renseignements (couple très sympathique). En un mot, excellent week-end - hôtel à recommander.

quel cauchemard .des l ouverture du studio nous avons eus le sentiment d une mauvaise blague .le canapé lit avec un matelas de 15 cms présageait d une nuit difficile sans parler d une propreté plus que douteuse. de plus,la vue directement sur la route en rez-de-chaussée ou encore le bruit toute la nuit (voitures;gens qui passent jusque tard dans la nuit;voisins du dessus qui devaient apprendre à danser )et j en passe .ma plus mauvaise expérience en terme de hôtellerie je ne arrive pas a comprendre comment cet hôtel peut avoir une note supérieure à 2

Séjour d'une nuit

Bon séjour d'une nuit. Bien placé à côté de la plage, accueil agréable, petit déjeuner très bien. Seul bémol le bruit, on entend les autres clients se laver et claquer les portes. Le prix est majoré par rapport au prix annoncé sur le site, nous avons payé 70 euros au lieu de 66.50 euros.
