The hotel was the best location to stay. It’s centrally located with a short walk or short enjoyable tram ride. The Central Train Station & Tram station are directly across the street from the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, modern & clean.

Right across the street from the Central Train Station made is so easy to walk to hotel. Walkable to shopping and so many great restaurants. Room was large and clean and staff was very nice.

Great experience on every level

The service was top-notch. From every single greeting we got as we entered the lobby, to the eagerness to fulfill any request, to the large comfortable room… this was a great experience. We could not help but notice the eager, friendly service at every turn. This hotel made a perfect hub for us to explore all of the magical towns we wanted to visit. Just an optional experience in every way.

Rude front desk staff felt like I was bothering them. This happened during check-in and when I had a couple of questions regarding the hotel during my stay and each time I asked a question I received a rude, short response. Poorly trained in my opinion. All other service staff were excellent. This is a very nice hotel, excellent location, with clean and comfortable rooms.
