Our room was great the service was great. Only issue was there were people borrowing key cards from other staying there. Who absolutely should not have been there. They ended up inviting many people who were clearly on drugs taking up pool area. So we left.

Staying at the Prado is like going to a Resort for rest, relaxation, and pampering. We had a King Suite that was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved the complimentary Happy hour, dinner, and breakfast. It is our favorite hotel.
