Listing didn’t make it clear this is a multi-level condo with master on bottom floor and all else on upper floor. Not a problem for us, but those with mobility challenges may struggle...

"We booked a two-night stay with our family, and the place was amazing! There were lots of activities for the kids, and the staff were accommodating, and helpful. Unfortunately, due to a major accident near the property, we got stranded when we went to the nearby town. The road was closed for several hours, which we were unable to use our second night. I called the property to explain the situation, They kindly offered us a partial refund, which I truly appreciate. Their understanding and excellent customer service made a difficult situation much easier. We’ll definitely be coming back next time, hopefully with more time to explore and enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer. Thank you!"
