The room have kitchen and complete utensils for basic cooking,eating and dish soap and dishwasher. It also got washer and dryer with laundry soap and basket. Private bedroom. Its like a c0ndo setup. The hotel have its own market so guests can shop and cook if they dont feel like eating in hotel restaurants. It is so family friendly. The ocean wave in this area is alot calmer compared to the other side of cancun. Guests can enjoy swimming on the beach other than the pool.

Our stay was truly amazing, from my first interactions with Juan Carlos and Maria at the front desk they ensured myself and guests were checked in (earlier than expected) and given fantastic suggestions for things to do throughout our stay. Ernesto ran activities and he was a JOY to work with, never thought I could like aqua games that much. Last but not least I want to thank Ernesto at the Bites Bar, he made sure each day spent by the pool was relaxing and full of drinks and food! I highly recommend the resort if you plan if you want the best inclusive experience possible.

I had a fantastic time at Villa del Palmar. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food was diverse and delicious, with plenty of great choices for every meal. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add more Asian dining options, such as Japanese, Korean, or Chinese cuisine. Finally, the housekeeping was great—our rooms were kept very clean. Overall, a highly recommended experience!

Our stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautiful, luxurious, and the perfect place to relax while still having plenty of activities to enjoy. We especially loved the heated luxury pools, which were gorgeous and incredibly relaxing. The fully equipped gym and workout area was impressive, and my daughter and I also enjoyed spending time together in the dance and yoga room—a great addition to the resort’s wellness amenities. The restaurants were fabulous, and every dining experience added something special to our stay. A very special shout-out goes to Angel De Jesus, our waiter at Davino Italian Bistro. His exceptional service, warm personality, and attention to detail helped make my daughter’s birthday dinner truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make her feel celebrated, and it became one of the highlights of our trip! From the beautiful grounds and pools to the wellness spaces, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality, Villa del Palmar Cancun exceeded our expectations. We created some wonderful mother-daughter memories here and would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable Cancun getaway!

If you are wanting to get in the beach water this is not the place. The water was very dirty. The room itself was beautiful and the view was beautiful. Checkout was a headache they probably should offer the champagne for checking out process. The restaurants were nice but I had better food exploring other restaurants outside the hotel.

WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.

All the water had a foul smell - showers, taps, etc. Food was middling at best. Washer and dryer in our unit did not work, when reported it to the hotel they did nothing to try and address it or provide options. Beds were comfortable and the two bedroom suite was spacious with nice decks. Checkin in was easy but a bit of marketing pressure to get you to buy additional services/tours/spa.
