The room was absolutely spotless. The bed was very comfortable with new sheets. Breakfast was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to help me as a guest and even after I had checked out and had some trouble. I would definitely recommend them to anyone coming to Prague. Especially if it is a first visit since the staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help you find your way

Room was clean and nice and spacious. We had to hunt around for plug points - and ended up using the double plug point which the bedside lamps were plugged into, whereas our friends in a room on the floor below had USB points. The shower screen was not particularly effective. Breakfast was nice and decent amount of choice. Hotel in good location but quite a walk from the old town (30 minutes). Bolt is not expensive however.

It did the job for a couple of nights. The room was so hot we had to sleep with the window open, couldn’t turn the radiator down and the air con didn’t cool the room down. Quite old fashioned in decor. Nice to have breakfast included in the price.
