Property was welcoming and great staff. Room was ok but skirting boards need to be deep cleaned in the room we were in. Other than that it was a good hotel although parking was very difficult due to minimum spots for such a large hotel.

Staff friendly and room nice and location to dockyard good. However we booked the hotel specifically on the basis of it having a swimming pool. After a long drive this was something we were looking forward to. However swimming pool closed for the duration of our two night stay and also no air conditioning in the room. No offer of refund or discount based on the lack of these amenities.

We requested an upgrade the room was too hot, a fan was provided but didn’t help. We did not appreciate the parsley stem hand wash and shower gel and the kale shampoo. Luckily, we had shower gel with us. The car park was full. We were given a permit for the road nearby. Stuff were polite in the room and bathroom were clean, the room was a little bit dated. We enjoyed our breakfast,

Disappointing stay. Booked because it had an indoor pool and air con. Got there and air con had broken (and had clearly been broken for some time, it wasn’t a recent issue) and the pool was out of order. They knew this while still accepting bookings without flagging it which I think is dishonest. We also wanted connecting rooms and it wasn’t possible due to some sort of complicated arrangement of the rooms that again wasn’t made clear at the time of booking. Wish we had stayed elsewhere. On the plus side the reception staff were friendly and tried to be helpful and the breakfast offering was reasonable.

Great place to stay. The rooms were clean and of good standard. The staff were very polite and helpful. We didnt have breakfast as we needed to leave early but the food that we saw looked very nice.

Overall a very good and enjoyable experience. Only things to let it down where the breakfast seemed to be very short staffed, and our air conditioning for the room didn't seem to work at all, and with it being super hot within the room it wasn't ideal. The room was very clean, and the staff always made sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed the one night as we were getting the ferry the next day, we checked into our room only to find the TV wouldn't work, the staff moved us to the room next door promptly, thus saving me having to talk to my good wife if the TV didnt work. the pool was good to unwind after a long drive.
